Hours:Four ten-hour days; 9:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday off.
Under the direction of the Neighborhood Services Assistant Administrator, supervise third shift (10:45 p.m. - 6: 45 a.m.) residential and habilitative services for developmentally disabled individuals. Advocate for individuals served within the assigned homes, ensures that the individuals are protected and needs are met. Provide supervision of 20-22 Developmental Technicians. Provide employee on-the-job training, coordinate and assign work, schedule/approve the use of leave time, monitor work performance, reward and discipline employees, and administer performance evaluations. Conduct investigations of critical incidents and provide direct services to individuals served in emergency situations. May work irregular hours to meet the requirements.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field. Must have experience providing services to persons with developmental disabilities plus successful current management or supervisory experience. Must be QMRP qualified..
